Preparing for attack WIPby *Night-Owl101

Had the image of my xeno laying down amongst one of it’s Queen’s nest of eggs as the prepare to hatch, a couple of drone’s clambering around it as ‘word’ spreads through the hive that there are intruders coming close to the nest. My girl, (dunno what gender it is, but since most of the drones are said to be female lets just go with that), being quite large will sit and wait until the Queen orders her to help protect the hive if too many of the drones are killed. Until then she will lay with the newly hatched facehuggers waiting, with them feeding on the special tubes on her back.

The sketch is done~! With an added crappy shading so I know what's going to be dark and what's not.

I am curious to what the one on the top left & right are so focused on, they seem strangely mesmerized by something... Still looks great none the less!

well the one on the left is supposed to just be moving around the hive, but since it's coming from the wall it's head and hands are the only thing visible, also since there had been word that the outer rims of the hive were being attacked the drones would be running around hissing at one another to help protect the hive and it's queen.

the final picture will have a better description of the scene to make things easier
